In this episode we discuss the role of coaching in decision making. The bottom line is that all coaching involves decision making from your coachee, from choosing you as their coach to deciding what they want to work on in their sessions. There are lots of important things to consider around decision making.  We talk about:

• the importance values play in decision making
• what we as coaches can bring to the situation and open new insights and tools to help the client bring a new perspective on the decision
• how can you support your coachee to identify what the gap is around making the decision
• the role of strengths based approach to enable your clients to feel more connected to the decision
• ways to begin to trust your decision making process
• some of the pitfalls coaches can fall into when supporting clients
