I used to dread looking in the mirror and I lived in fear of the fluctuations in my weight. I didn't know if my clothes were going to fit the next week. I was caught in a cycle of excitement of losing weight to shame and defeat when I gained the weight back.
In the first episode I share with you about my eating history, what changed, and how I have worked to get to live in a body I love. I talked about weight management and acceptance of my body.
