After learning from Nicole on last week's episode I have decided to try and do 12 months without alcohol.

From next week there will be a new episode on Monday's with me documenting what I'm noticing from going sober. I'll touch on social situations I avoided due to not drinking, the effects physically and mentally, and also how much money I think I saved each week.

As of next week, the 1% Podcast will come out on Wednesdays. And Good Human guest episodes on Fridays.
