So very excited to launch this podcast and in my first episode I chat with my amazing hubby and sober buddy,  Ash Grunwald.   Ash and I made a pact with some friends to take one year off alcohol.  Two and a half years later we haven't looked back.   
In this episode we talk about,  coping mechanisms,  filling the void,  being a trash bag,  the music industry and alcohol, why one year and why we we've never looked back.
