Back in 2017 I went to a Vipassana 10 day meditation course. For some months before booking myself in I was intrigued and called to partake in this experience, but my mind was afraid to do it. I doubted that I could endure not speaking, looking at anyone, writing and expressing myself. In truth, I was afraid to be with my own mind without distraction. But alas, the call to go was too strong and off I went. In today's episode I share my experience, lessons and takeaways.
