Can fasting be beneficial? For some - Yes. BUT fasting is meant to be a short term tactic to address a specific problem.


Unfortunately for the thousands of women we have worked with fasting made things WORSE for them. In fact I can count the number of women who have done a short term fast in our coaching program for a very specific problem.
