This week we had the pleasure of interviewing tech entrepreneur turned real estate investor, Bala Krishnan. Before diving into the world of real estate investing, Bala co-founded Peel Technologies, a groundbreaking tech venture that he eventually sold for millions.

What’s most fascinating about Bala’s story is that he was able to reach financial independence through real estate investing long before his tech company’s big exit. Throughout the episode we delve deep into his unique approach to real estate investing, which challenges the traditional buy-and-hold cash flow model.
