This is really a great roadmap to discover where you're at in terms of awareness, being fully aware, being conscious, and being ready to change your life.

You can transcend a certain level of awareness in a part of your life but in another part, you can be stuck in that place. Knowing the levels of awareness can help you map yourself out in this by checking in with yourself regularly.
