What I'm going to be talking about today are niches that I would avoid. This question came up yesterday on one of our brand creator's academy calls. 

This person was getting ready to launch and wanted to know,
is this a niche that I should pursue? 

I gave two reasons, and the first one is it's competitive? The second reason is can the government regulate it, which makes it a little uneasy. 

So this made me say, you know what, we should probably discuss some niches, right? What niches?
