I'm going to be sharing with you how one niche property is making $1,796 per month. That was in just one month—two different passive revenue streams. 

I'm sharing that with you because I've been talking lately about these niche properties. As I start talking about it, more things start becoming even more apparent. Things start aligning even more. 

I think of this as real estate because I've done real estate. I've got an Airbnb that is similar building online properties. You can do as little or as much as you want to with them. I just did a coaching call with one of our BCA members.
