Justin fell in love with fitness very early on in life and his passion continues to grow. He began gymnastics at two years old in a “mommy and me” class and eventually had the privilege of competing for the University of Texas Gymnastics Team.
Justin transferred his passion for coaching to CrossFit in 2012. Justin relishes that he ahs the opportunity to help create a lifestyle of health, fitness and fun for every single person that walks through the gym’s
