103 The Resolutions You Need to Start Today!

Happy New Year!  We make the same resolution to lose weight, to work out more, and to eat healthier each year with the latest weight loss supplement or workout program that usually only last a month or two. 

Why are the resolutions always focused on weight?  Why do ads infer that something is wrong with our current body?  Why do we feel the pressure to make up from those "guilty pleasures" from the holidays? 

Are these resolutions making you happier?  

I talk about the current audio book I am listening to, "Enough Already" by Valerie Bertinelli and briefly discuss her segment from two years on the Today Show, where she shares her story about emotional eating.
