Today, I will be doing a live niche drill down, and I will share a straightforward process to validate a niche with you.

You will be able to decide if it's something that you want to build out. This is the exact process that I go through. It's the one that I'm teaching inside of our niche properties class. 

I'm going to go through this rather quickly to show you the steps. We can't spend much time here, but this will give you the steps I usually go through.

Then also how it allows me to see the potential now and the potential in the future. I can look at the competition. 

I can see what I'm up against, and I'll give you some of those markers that I look for. So to kick this thing off, let's talk about the niche.
