Melody has long suffered through low-fat, low-calorie diets for many years as she has attempted to get her weight and health under control. That started her on a personal investigation into finding out why which eventually led her to the low-carb, high-fat nutritional approach along with periods of intermittent fasting that at long last ended the decades of frustration she had endured with conventional wisdom. Now Melody has taken her newfound knowledge about diet to what she does with branding to shine a light on the companies doing things well in order to help bring safe, nutritious, ethical and environmentally-friendly change to one the least healthy places in modern society--the supermarket. She is also working on creating The Conscious Shopping List which will be a list that eventually will be able to act as a guide to brands in your region to simplify the often difficult process of making a truly conscious choice.
