We are going to do another niche validation session today. I'm going to go ahead and dig in to see if this niche is worth building out. 

Before we get into the idea of building a niche property, I want to say this. We call it our digital real estate. 

The main thing is looking for an opportunity to get into a niche without a ton of competition. I'll show you what that looks like. What are those markers? 

We will be checking how intense the competition is. We will show you how to check those boxes and say we're ready to build this niche.

Then we can get into building out the content, get traffic, and turn on monetization. Monetization in the very beginning is two streams.
