So, Today we will be talking about something that I think is powerful if you understand it. Now that would be patience. 

Patience is so hard. Who wants to throw an efficient lure out there and keep reeling that thing in and having the patients until you get a bite? We all want it. 

We live in a world with social media with instant gratification. We can go through our feed on Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok. 

I'm bringing this up because I see many people start something and do it for a month or two. Then they either lost interest, or they are not getting the results they expect.
 
We've been talking a lot about niche properties. Digital, real estate, as I call it.  I've been talking a lot about that. It's just like regular real estate.
