In this week’s episode, I sit down with Karden Rabin, nervous system expert to explore a new perspective on gratitude that will (hopefully) help you feel way less pressure and approach it from a more compassionate lens. This was a big shift for me when I first heard Karden explain it, and I am grateful for him sharing with the You Love and You Learn community!
