Ty Temel is a club owner and founder of Sandfest. He is an ambassador for and works closely with Dorset Mind a mental health charity. Throughout the last year, Ty has discovered reading and we discuss how this had had a positive impact on his life in what has been a difficult year for those in the events industry. 

We discuss everything from introversion and extraversion to chasing financial goals that are constantly on the move.
