What Sustainable Nutrition Does Not Mean

  • It has the word “diet” it in it
  • It has only ONE component
  • You have to deprive yourself
  • It has the word “cleanse” in it
  • You can’t go off plan
  • You are obsessive/excessive about it
  • You function under a dichotomy of food as good vs bad
  • You track all of your food with an app
  • You are living with a scarcity mindset
  • You are afraid of food or thinking about it all of the time
  • You are doing math all day
  • You need unwavering motivation
  • You have to be perfect for it to “work”
  • It is too complicated to explain to others in a sentence
  • It is a race to a destination

    • You are on a journey
    • You have patience
    • You are practicing consistency over perfection
    • You have an abundance mindset
    • You know your why, purpose, body, and what you want
    • You are serving your body
    • It is balanced and satisfying
    • It is ENJOYABLE! :)
    • You are serving soul without guilt
    • It is lifelong
    • You are executing
