Dr. Brad Harris, Ph.D. is a Professor of Management and Human Resources at HEC Paris and a co-founder of People Leader Accelerator. He has co-authored two books, 3D Team Leadership: A New Approach for Complex Teams (Stanford, 2017) and Scaling for Success: People Priorities People Priorities for High Growth Organizations (Columbia, 2021). His research has been published in leading academic journals and cited in popular outlets such as the Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review, CNBC, Inc.com, and Fast Company. Brad holds a Ph.D. from Texas A&M University and previously taught at the University of Illinois and Texas Christian University. Brad has won multiple teaching awards for his work in leadership development, including an international recognition from Poets and Quants.
