Today what I want to talk about here on our Monday mindset is how we can force ourselves to be very, very effective with our time.
We all have a limited amount of time. Let us say you're working a nine to five or a J O B.
You probably have a few hours that you have to report to work. So how do we set ourselves up for success when we're sitting down doing our J.O.B.?
What I've found is doing somewhat of a seven-day sprint. This, to me, has always allowed me to get more done.
So what we need to do is identify what the target is?
Next, we're going to break it down for seven days, and we're going to show up every single day. Why is this so effective? Let me explain.
