We will be talking about something that I found when I was doing a niche property web class. 

As I was preparing for it, I was doing, what I call, niche hacking.  I go and find sites that are being sold. 

And I explore that niche. What it allows me to do is also allows me to peek inside a niche and inside a site and see how it's built. 

I want to see what kind of content is there, seeing if there are some ideas I can get for my content. I want to see what that niche is paying?
