Today, we will be talking about my Keyword Gold Mine Method that I think anyone who is building a niche property is focusing on most of the time. 

And that is good, old-fashioned keyword research. Keyword research is something that you will be doing for a long time. 

Once we get everything built, it comes down to coming up with more content ideas from good keywords.

Then, writing the content publishing, optimizing, and then rinsing and repeating. Basically, that is everything that it takes to build a niche property. 

Building your niche property: 

1. Validating our niche
2. Creating our name for your niche properties 
3. Buying a domain name 
4. Create your website.
5. Install WordPress
