In honour of International Women’s Day, on Wednesday 6th March I’ll be joined for an intimate conversation and Q&A with fellow believer & founder of Pepper Your Talk and TheJuniorNetwork (https://www.pepperyourtalk.co.uk/thejuniornetwork/), Dior Bediako.

Featured in notable publications and spaces such as Refinery 29 and Stylist Live, Dior is a force to be reckoned with. From landing a role with the high-end luxury brand Burberry, as a black woman in an unfamiliar space Dior was soon launched into a new world where she was required to learn skills such as negotiation, networking and navigating the workplace, fast.

She quickly saw that the issues she faced were widespread and sought to fix that. Quitting her job at Burberry, Dior stepped out in faith launching Pepper Your Talk; the unique platform created to help others find their feet within the industry. Members' club, #TheJuniorNetwork, soon followed.

By maximising her network and identifying a solution to a problem, Dior has built her own table where women can navigate their careers with creativity and confidence.
