From overwhelmed with food cravings to freedom around food.
In this episode I shared examples of food cravings in my own life. I remember back to not being able to focus on my friends because I was thinking about food. I share less extreme examples of the food in the coffee room that calls me.
I differentiate between a food craving, hunger, and desire.
I give my top strategy for how to deal with cravings.
The cool thing is, after practicing this, I now have a new relationship with food and I feel free. I want you to know there is a way out.
