How can couples actively support each other and create a culture of celebration in the face of mental health challenges?
On the latest episode of the Worthy Woman podcast, I will be joined again by my lovely husband, Adam Simmonds as we explore a deeply personal and important discussion about dealing with mental health issues in a relationship. It's a subject that many couples are facing, especially in these challenging times.Â
This will be a heartfelt journey as we open up about our own experiences with navigating mental health challenges in our relationship and provide valuable insights on how to maintain a strong and supportive relationship in the face of these challenges. We will share five simple steps or tools that we have personally used to address their mental health issues together.
Here are some of the things that we will look further into:Â
❤️ Dealing with mental health issues.Â
❤️ The importance of expressing emotions in a relationship and neccesity of sharing the truth about one's feelings for personal growth and moving forward.
❤️ Creating a safe space for non-judgment.
❤️ Recognizing the importance of progress in personal growth.
❤️ Acknowledging that growth is a lifelong journey, not a destination.
We hope that this episode can provide support and validation to others who may be going through similar situations. Tune in to this enlightening episode available on your preferred podcast streaming platforms! 🎙️
