Rupa is the founder of Mindkshetra, a creative arts wellness studio that offers creative art and art therapy experiences as early interventions. it is like a gym for mental fitness. She was born and raised in India and has a very unique and interesting perspective I think we can all learn a lot from.

In this episode we talk about her story, growing up in a culture where she was expected to marry into a family and become a full-time mother, why mental fitness is important, why she created her studio and how it works and much much more.
