There comes a time for every leader when we just can't do everything ourselves. We might come to this realization quickly, or it might take us a while to get there - but it always happens.

We're not able to have the level of oversight we want to have with the work, connect as much with our team members, and scale ourselves in the way we know is possible. And when that happens, it's time to hire another manager.
