In this weeks Soul Talk I catch up yet again with the beautiful Sam Brown, this week we talk about the importance finding your centre and staying there through times of stress.  Sam shares her own personal journey of sexual abuse and how finding her centre has helped her to heal.  She shares with how she has implemented it throughout stressful times even managing to stay calm and centred during a crash landing of a plane she was in with her son in Vietnam.   
It's not always easy but like anything with time and consistent practice the better at it we become, the more peace we can create in our lives.
