In this episode I am joined by one of my best friends to talk all about grief, something that we haven’t yet covered but is so important. Sadly at some stage we all will go through grief and it’s not talked about enough. When we are younger we are taught not to really bring up people that have passed and it can be hard to fully understand and know how to communicate with those that are struggling.

Today me and Laura Westall @lauraakatie explore everything grief. The stages, the types of grief you can go through, how to help those grieving and Laurs experience with grief.
