Carlos Ferrer Fernández is a trail runner from Paris and the managing director of the newsletter Mile and Stone. I invited Carlos on the podcast after following his newsletter for a while, and discovering a great project that I feel like is contributing to more knowledge, better information and more professionalization in the trail and ultra running space.
