This time last year was one of the most difficult periods in my entire life...

It wasn't just testing positive to covid on the day my wife was due to give birth (true story), it was the overwhelming burden of unrealistic expectations, an infant and toddler with significant sleep and health challenges, and being spread thin with business commitments.

I'm on day 550 of a consecutive daily journal and it's quite a gripping read to see what we were faced with at this time last year!

But 2023 is a completely different story...

I'm physically close to the healthiest I've ever been, I'm clearer on the professional mission than ever before, and I spent an entire week on my personal goal-setting to develop the ultimate plan.

Heck, even the kids are sleeping through the night.

I'm starting 2023 on offense. But the memories from last year are real, raw, and deep. That's why I wanted to record a podcast to help YOU make this your best year yet ... even if you're starting the year on defense, like I did in 2022.
