Dr. Traci Baxley is a consultant, coach, and educator. She is dedicated to supporting families, organizations, and corporations in developing inclusive practices.

She is also the founder of Social Justice Parenting and as an educator for over 30 years, her philosophy embraces and teaches others to adopt a full-on radical love approach to parenting, for themselves, their children, and humanity.
