Welcome to the show!  I’m SO pumped about today’s episode.  I created this episode for anyone who is trying to figure out how to convey power in a room without being fake or overly dominant.  So many pockets of Corporate America tell you that in order to exude power, you need to be gruff and hypermasculine, but this isn’t true.  And in fact, when you do those things, it actually dilutes your power.
