Marlena is the Director of Operations for Fresh Roasted Coffee, Positively Tea, and Positively Botanicals. She’s been in the specialty beverage industry for well over a decade and chances are, if you have a coffee or tea question, she's tasted it, tested it, roasted it, or blended it.


Marlena gives us insights on making the best iced tea, including the difference between cold brew and brewing over ice. Marlena shares tips on blending different teas to create unique flavor profiles and explains the process of making tea lattes.


She also mentions some medicinal properties of certain herbs and how they can be incorporated into tea blends.
