After being introduced to crystal meth by a boyfriend, her story includes having multiple children, jail, check fraud, abuse, multiple cases with child protective services, losing parental rights, and placing a child for adoption.
After attending 20 recovery programs, something finally changed for Markisha. Today she is happy, healthy, and sober, and she’s been able to begin restoring relationships with her children and her husband.
