Hi mamas!
It’s the last week of summer, and fall is quickly approaching! Sports have started, school is around the corner, and those schedules are filling up faster than we can keep track of. In this episode, we’re diving into the power of asking for help as working moms. With today’s quote, “If you don’t ask, the answer is always no,” we explore why building your village and leaning on your support network is essential to avoid burnout. From meal planning to carpooling, this episode is packed with practical tips and heartfelt encouragement to help you navigate the changing seasons with ease. Let’s make this fall about thriving, not just surviving—because you deserve it!
💖 My challenge for this week mamas is simply ask for help! As you are planning your week, identify something that you could ask for help wiwth that would make your life just a little easier and your week less hectic. It could be anywhere from asking a mom to drive your kid home from practice to asking your partner to handle the food shopping this week.
