After a break for the US holiday, we're back with the third in our Chakra Values series. We’re trying to identify what is the most important to us and then spend most of our energy there, finding what gets us closer to what we value, gets us closer to our truest nature. And even though we’re going through three or four values or ideals for each chakra, leaving us with well over 20 things to consider, not all of them can be the most important. What we’re trying to do is figure out the top one, two, MAYBE three, and focus there.

This week we’re at the solar plexus chakra. It governs self-will, self-empowerment, and is the part of us that takes action. We'll be focusing on self-respect, achievement, and personal fulfillment. I'll share some of my personal struggles here and how we can determine if we're really acting on our truth or if we're allowing society or other people in our lives push us away from it.
