-This podcast I discuss 10 reasons people have affairs.  I find it helpful to understand the "WHY" someone is acting out so that if you do choose to stay in your marriage you can better understand and know what areas that you need to work on as a couple and an individual.  Just because someone cheats does not mean they are a BAD person.  They just made a choice that doesn't usually work in a monogamous marriage. I believe a marriage can thrive after an affair if both parties are willing to do the work and are committed to their marriage.  Other times I believe it may be time to leave the marriage.  That is a choice you will need to make.
