As business owners, hard conversations are part of our job description. At some point, you’ll find yourself having tough talks about your business with family members, friends, team members, and even clients. It’s not a matter of IF this will happen, but WHEN. And let’s be honest - most of us aren’t ever taught how to handle difficult discussions!
In this episode, I’ll be sharing how I handle challenging conversations like when clients request a refund, or when someone steals your content, or when a client says your program didn’t work - even though you know they didn’t really try. I’ll also be sharing a recent hard conversation I had with my community, and how I responded to the people who were upset with me. Listen in to find out how I handle these situations and then connect with me on social at The Confident Health Coach to let me know your thoughts.
