Swedish blogger and bio-hacker Martina Johansson from MartinaJohansson.se is driven to inspire and motivate others and to reach out and communicate about nutrition and hormones as a blogger and more recently, she's started with podcasts and youtube channel. While never overweight and naturally small, she thought "I can eat what I want, I'll never get fat", but she realized that there are more things to worry about than the weight. For example, she suffered from anxiety, anxiety, nervousness, allergies, IBS, concentration disturbances, recurring infections, inflamed and leaking intestines, pronounced fatigue, numbness and so on. When she started on LCHF, everything did not just disappear, but everything got better and some things disappeared. Being so much better just by changing the diet made her an early biohacker, and since then she's experimented with lots of things like sleep optimization, nootropics, blue light blocking, meditation, but a ketogenic diet (LCHF) is always the base.
