There are more than 25 million victims of human trafficking worldwide on any given day and 20% of those are children.

But this episode is not about statistics. This is about a human life. What happens to a child growing up that leads them to become a victim of human trafficking?  Lena grew up in Ukraine in a very unsafe, dysfunctional home. One of the most common reasons a child ends up being trafficked is a dysfunctional family. A child who is not protected and connected.
