This week wraps up the Lunar Cycle and Your Chakras series with the Waning Moon. This is the time when the moon starts to grow dark in the sky and we have the opportunity to reflect on the work we've done and begin to draw inward towards rest. This autumnal season is a time of change and growth, of detail and reconnecting.

The chakras associated with this phase of the moon are the Root, Solar Plexus, and Crown chakras so we'll discuss why, as well as some ways to use the moon's natural energy to balance and recharge your personal energy system.
