Dr. Bo has been a steady figure in the CrossFit landscape for almost 10 years. As a DPT and a CrossFit coach, Bo has traveled the world using his skills.

Dr. Bo was on a CrossFit Games Regionals team multiple times. He has the trust of some of the most well known people in the fitness landscape. Dr. Bo came to Active Life as a recommendation from one of our longest standing and trusted one on one clients and it was a phenomenal recommendation by her.
