Wow… so excited for today you guys. Where do I begin? Today we journey through our relationship with self, with our hearts, and what it means to accept, surrender, receive, as well as find simple joy. Nick’s journey is truly beautiful and as he describes it an emotional metamorphosis. We talk about how the pain was a blessing in that it pulled him away from the life path he was on, which turned out to not be in alignment to his authentic truth, and as he really embodies this radical acceptance and surrender, he organically creates a life more aligned to his truth. We talk a lot about how heavy pressure can feel when we place so many expectations and pressures on ourself to be a certain way to achieve certain things, and the freedom that comes in the release of this all. Nick has a very beautiful way with words, and you can hear his gentleness and kindness he has toward himself now in his voice. He talks about Tara Brach and how powerful her messages and meditations were in his healing journey, so I will leave w link for you to further explore Tara’s work yourself. There is so much more depth to this discussion - so you will just have to listen and find out for yourself ❤️
