Life is supposed to be 50/50. That means that half the time, life feels great and the other half the time, it feels uncomfortable. When you truly understand this concept, you stop trying to "fix" negative emotion. Iroincally, when you no longer resist negative emotions in your life, your life becomes a lot more positive. That is the paradox of negative emotion.
