As someone who is absolutely not an expert on parenting or child development, I hesitated to answer this until I realized that the parent/child relationship is just that - a relationship. And all relationships benefit from us doing our energetic work. I'll go over some broad ideas for how to introduce energy work to your children, as well as touch on a few specific chakras and how they're impacting by our pasts and our current parenting styles.
