A few weeks ago I turned 40 years old...
Turning 40 is the first age where you really start to think about yourself in the bigger picture: health, family, legacy.
You also become increasingly attuned to the habits that have created your reality – good and bad. It makes you more motivated to lean into the good habits you have and eliminate the bad habits you have, all through a focus of making that bigger picture – health, family, legacy – a little bit brighter.
So, without further ado, here are my 17 lessons from turning 40…
