For the final episode of 2022 I catch up with comedian Mandy Nolan to catch up and see how she is going on her 12 month sobriety journey. She is now 5 months in and feeling great.

We chat about how Christmas will look for her this year as the non-drinker, keeping the joy in sobriety, navigating the disappointment from friends when you tell them you aren't drinking, the pride you feel in those three little words "I don't drink", and celebrating the authenticity of sobriety.
