Jodelle Fitzwater from GetFitWithJodelle.com has been in the nutrition and fitness industry since 2001 and was actually born to a mother who owned her own fitness center. She is a graduate of the NTP program as a Nutrition Therapy Practitioner as well as the very extensive Institute For the Psychology of Eating, as a Food Psychology Coach. Jodelle is an avid podcaster with both “Get fit with Jodelle” podcast on tunes and youtube as well as a PaddleFit SUP audio workouts.  After the death of her mother to stomach cancer, Jodelle dove into the understanding of how nutrition and lifestyle habits contribute to disease or lack thereof.
